Shipping

Our in-stock showers are shipped within 2 business days by Fed-Ex Freight. Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days. Shipping to Alaska as well as certain areas of Canada such as Yukon will cost more than the shipping price that is listed. Unfortunately at this time we cannot deliver to Hawaii or Puerto Rico. All Canadian buyers are responsible for duties, customs, and taxes associated with shipments to Canada. Due to our fast shipping times, you have up to 24 hours to cancel or modify your order. After 24 hours there is a minimum 25% restocking fee on merchandise returned/exchanged for any reason other than product defect of damage. Please contact us before returning any product.

Returns

Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt for shipping damages. Damaged products must be signed for as damaged/refused at time of arrival. You must notify us within three (3) days of receipt of any shipping damages for all other products. Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days from when you receive your shipment.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original freight, if any, will not be reimbursed. Refunds will be issued pending inspection and approval of the return. Adjustments to credit cards will be made within 2 billing cycles.

Products that have been installed are non-returnable.
